One of the best ways to apply liquid eyeliner is to make dots on the lash like then slowly fill them in. It takes a little more time but it assures an even look. Also, Michelle Phan’s Liquid Eyeliner Tutorial is one of my favorites! http://youtu.be/Rc0vliuLm28

Okay well I’m sure most of you have noticed that I have not been posting very much lately. I am very sorry about that, I have just had to deal with a lot of stress lately and haven’t had much time for Tumblr. So, I figured I would get some help.
