melanie-xoxolove said: Hi, I've been having trouble lately with eyeshadow. I have silver and black. The black one is Hard Candy and the Silver is Rimmel London. I want to pair them together but each time i go to try to do it my black over takes the silver and i just make a mess. If you could give me some tips on what i should do that would be great :) thank you! btw i loveee your blog! :)
The best advice I can give is that you only use the silver eyeshadow as a highlighter. Apply the black shadow LIGHTLY all over your eyelid and then apply the silver just below the brow. Blending with your fingers will give it a smoky and professional look. Sorry for the late reply.
