Fancy Eyes? // I saw where someone was having trouble with eyeliner. Pencil eyeliner is easiest to start with, and it’s just a matter of practice and experimenting to get a feel for what you like. Pencil liner can fade quickly but i use Maybelline unstoppable and it doesn’t fade. It’s waterproof too. I usually get it at walmart for about 5-6 bucks.
